The Festivals trails returned for 2024, designed with you in mind! This helped you easily identify exhibitors of a specific theme across the two days. Designed to help you easily identify; exhibitors new to the event, speaking on one of the stages or running live demos on their stands.


What were your Festival trails?

We were excited to introduce three trails for you to explore at ExCeL London this year. Once you stepped foot onto the Festival floor, visitors found the trail icons guiding them. Through the floor plans and specific exhibitor stands, these trails were your compass, leading you to your perfect connection.

We also allowed visitors to explore the trails before the event, using the filters in the exhibitor directory to help you easily identify which routes are available and how to find them.

The Demo trail

The Demo trail, a captivating showcase of exhibitors who ran live demonstrations of their cutting-edge products and service solutions throughout the two jam-packed days.

Visitors could interact with an immersive demonstration with experts at hand to bring their products and services to life.

Exhibitors speaking at the Festival

From case studies to insightful presentations and or panel discussions, this trail highlighted exhibitors sharing their industry and sector knowledge through content across the 7 stages. Through collaborations with other artists, these content sessions brought new perspectives and strengthened existing ideas.

First time Exhibiting at Festival

Having moved to ExCeL London, 40% of the 180+ exhibitors were new to this year's Festival. With so many leading organisations, it can be a minefield getting in front of the right people. We made it easier for you to find them this year. Ensuring you made the right connections and to find partners for your current and future strategies.
