Adam Lane

Adam Lane is a Senior Investment Consultant and Actuary for Mercer, he is also happens to be autistic. As well as his day job advising large asset owners he chairs a number of employee groups at Marsh McLennan that bring together, support and seek reasonable adjustments for colleagues in the UK.

He has been actively involved in the award-winning partnership with Ambitious about Autism, including the Employ Autism project.  In addition to these activities he regularly mentors neurodiverse colleagues to succeed in the workplace and also works with young autistic people to help them secure their first paid job.  He is committed to making the working world better and more accessible for neurodiverse people.
