Alexandra Head

Head of Talent and Resourcing, University of Southampton

Alex is the Head of Talent and Resourcing at the University of Southampton, where she is responsible for the University’s Talent Strategy. Prior to her move into the Education sector Alex was a Senior Consultant for Deloitte, specialising in Talent, Learning and Reward, where she worked closely with Defence and Central Government Clients. Alex is a Veteran, having served 10 years in the Royal Navy where she managed Officers Under Training; a role which saw her named in the Top 50 Leaders improving Employee Experience in the Zone Report 2022
