Alice McBeth

Alice McBeth is the Head of Human Resources at Autorola UK, the fastest growing online vehicle remarketing company. She joined in 2023, building the HR department from scratch to support significant business growth. As a member of the management team, she is responsible for driving business goals through strategic HR initiatives and enabling managers to lead high performing teams. A key element of Alice's recruitment strategy is the development and implementation of a comprehensive apprenticeship scheme. This program is designed to provide apprentices with meaningful work experience, training, and support, ensuring they can make significant contributions to the company and build sustainable, long-term careers.

Before her role at Autorola, Alice served as the HR Business Partner and later as the HR Manager at Illingworth Research Group. During her tenure, she supported the company to scale from a UK-based operation to a global entity and, ultimately, the company's acquisition by Syneos Health in 2020, where Alice continued her work within the global HR team, focusing on employee relations and change management during the transition and integration process.
