Ben Auty

Ben Auty joined Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) in 2006 through the graduate scheme after graduating from Cambridge University. Over the past 19 years, Ben has experienced a varied career within the organisation, enjoying it as much today as he did at the start. He has held senior director roles across cost management, marketing, and customer services.

For the past seven years, Ben has been part of the ‘People and Places’ Leadership Team, where he currently is Organisation & Capabilities Director. He’s responsible for organisational effectiveness and design, learning and development, reskilling, strategic workforce planning, and Non-Permanent worker strategy for LBG.
