Beth started her career in HR as an apprentice 25 years ago. She was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Veolia Northern Europe in 2019.
Beth is passionate about the impact of HR and her 4-year strategy recognises that it is through our people that we will deliver business performance.
As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, Beth demonstrates the importance of continual learning and developing her team for success.
