Dahlia Mukherji, a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, is a seasoned senior HR professional with a strong focus on inclusivity, psychological safety, and wellbeing in the workplace. Passionate about fostering environments where individuals feel valued and heard, Dahlia actively engages in discussions on neurodiversity, leadership, workplace culture, and the evolving nature of work. Her insights, shared widely on professional platforms, reflect her commitment to creating meaningful change in the HR landscape.

 

Dahlia champions neurodiversity in the workplace, leveraging her own experience with ADHD, and as a parent of a child with autism, to drive meaningful change at work and in the community. She is an experienced Neurodiversity Coach, coaching others in the workplace and volunteering as a Job Coach for those who are neurodivergent through Business in the Community. To further build her expertise and credibility in this area, Dahlia is currently training as an ICF-accredited ADHD coach.

 

Combining her professional acumen with a personal commitment to nurturing inclusive communities, Dahlia is also a Non-Executive Director for a Community Interest Company supporting children and young adults with special needs and disabilities in her home community.
