Esther Mark

Esther has extensive experience in social justice work and professional public speaking. She is currently a senior facilitator at Debate Mate where she teaches communication and leadership training across ages, abilities and sectors. She has founded Commons Bakehouse, a food and community social enterprise that dedicates a portion of its profits to tackling food poverty in some of the UK's most deprived areas. Esther started as a student on the Debate Mate programme herself and trained as a competitive debater. She has over 15 years of experience competing, judging and hosting debates all over the world.
