CIPD IMPACT HUB

The CIPD Impact Hub is a brand-new interactive feature. The key focus is to demonstrate real world case studies against issues affecting organisations. Showcasing how the positives effects from working with the CIPD to navigate policies, embrace digital transformations and so much more.

Come and take part in live discussions on how productivity gaps impact organisations and workforces at a rapid rate.

Employment Law Clinic

Back by popular demand, CIPD HR-Inform, will be running their free legal drop-in clinic. Take advantage of their legal expertise and drop-by for a 15 minute meeting with one of their advisors. Discussions can be on legal matters affecting you personally or your organisation. Simply drop by and speak with a professional on the day.

HIBOB NETWORKING HUB

One of the key benefits to attending a large scale event is the opportunity to meet and learn from your peers. Therefore, HiBob will be hosting 45-minute speed networking events on each of the two days. Explore your issue, expand your network and forge new partnerships.

QUIET ROOM

The Quiet Room is a safe space that anyone can visit when attending across the two days.

Located just off the Festival floor near the CIPD stand and the Wellbeing stage, it’s designed to help manage any sensory overload, triggers or stimulation.

Simply taking a 10 minute brain break is proven to support mental wellbeing, and improve concentration, productivity and participation. Our Quiet Room is a device free zone and is a space for visitors to meditate and relax.

SOCIAL IMPACT HUB

Last year, we introduced the Social Impact hub. This new and engaging feature took place on the Festival floor, and was perfectly positioned alongside the ever popular Wellbeing village.

This year, we will invite attendees to think beyond day-to-day workplace challenges. Fostering an environment where you can consider what you as individuals or your organisations can do, to have a positive impact on people, communities, the environment, healthcare and even education and job creation. As a result of an action, inaction, activity, project, programme or policy.

WELLBEING VILLAGE

Wellbeing is a topic still high on everyone's agenda. We also appreciate that attending an event can be very tiring, so it is important that you’re able to take the time to reflect on learnings, or simply to relax!

The Wellbeing Village is here for you. Offering a selection of mindful talks, breathing exercises and wellness initiatives.  If you want to get the blood pumping a little more there will be yoga sessions and fully qualified masseuse available when you drop by.

Leaving you refresh and ready to apply your Festival takeaways within your organisation.
