Francisca Beloso

Francisca Beloso is an Associate Director of Inclusive Diversity at Alvarez & Marsal, where she spearheads cultural transformation and talent retention initiatives across the EMEA region. With extensive experience in People and Cultural transformation at global organisations including General Electric, Vodafone, Siemens, 3 Mobile, PRA Health Sciences, and CBRE, she brings valuable insights into workplace wellbeing and work-life integration.

In her current role, she leads strategic initiatives that create synergistic workplace environments where diverse backgrounds enhance organisational performance. As Co-Chair of the EMEA Women Network at A&M and leader of the region's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, she demonstrates a holistic approach to workplace culture that balances professional excellence with employee wellbeing.

A finalist for the British and European Diversity Awards in the HR Diversity Champion category, Francisca extends her influence through a number of board positions in Spain and UK.
