Gemma Edwards is a Client Manager for City & Guilds and has worked in skills development/education sector for over 12 years. Working with a team of experts to lead employer engagement activity supporting global employers with strategic workforce planning in key business areas from Early Careers through to Leadership and Management. Gemma has built her career primarily within the Further Education arena working with both employers and training organisations.  Gemma’s current role allows her to support people and organisations develop the relevant skills that will help businesses thrive and plan for future growth.
