• Change Programmes: We are a full-service studio, partnering with OD / HR / L&D professionals to ensure success in their change programmes. Come and listen to one of our clients speak about their experience of 'creating a performance culture' with limited time and resources: 1.55pm on day 2.

• Team Coaching: We offer team coaching and building for new and established teams, to help them align on purpose, values and goals, creating a strong foundation for accelerated performance.

• Individual Support: We offer individual coaching and mentoring as well as self-paced online / in-person bespoke courses for managers new to their role, or needing a new perspective on leadership.

What’s with our name?

Our doctoral research and extensive experience have created our unique approach. By embedding micro-pauses into the everyday (‘Go Slow’) leaders create the space for teams to align, build trust, and reset, enabling them to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. This fosters autonomy and ownership (‘Go Fast’), driving sustainable performance without the burnout.
