With over twenty years of experience in Banking and now Real Estate, Hannah serves as the Group Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Knight Frank, a globally recognised real estate partnership. In her role, she is dedicated to crafting a strategic roadmap that ensures an equitable and inclusive experience for Knight Frank’s people, clients, and communities.

As a widely respected thought leader and speaker, Hannah's influence has been acknowledged through numerous accolades. Before joining Knight Frank, Hannah was the Global DEI Director at Barclays, where her journey began at the age of 17. Over her impressive 18-year tenure, she led remote teams across retail, business, and corporate banking before transitioning into Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Currently, she serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of Progress Together, a government body committed to advancing socioeconomic inclusion across financial services—a cause that is deeply personal to her.
