Heather Lee

Heather Lee, a strategic leader and People professional, Chief People Officer at Lincolnshire Co-operative, where they are recognised for their employment practices with  Investors in People Platinum, Disability Confident Leading and a long term, committed Mindful Employer.  She has sector experience in retail, defence, and utilities Blue Chip FTSE 100’s and the Co-operative sector. member of the Business in the Community East Midlands Leadership Team. An Economics graduate from the University of York, she is also a Fellow of the CIPD and holds an MBA.
