She has worked across diverse organisations, including B&Q, Wagamama, and through consulting roles in both the private and public sectors. Jacy's focus is on bringing innovation into learning, harnessing technologies like AI to enable learning teams to invest more time in delivering impactful learning experiences and less time on traditional design, while aligning talent professionals with organisational strategy to drive improved performance.
