Jane Mullin

Jane has been in her current post as Deputy Chief People Officer at The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust, since April 2014 and has worked in HR within the NHS for over 30 years.  Jane is an experienced HR professional who provides advice and guidance on employment matters cross the Trust and is a passionate advocate of health and wellbeing, staff engagement and social innovation.

Jane’s current role includes leading the Trust’s Health and Wellbeing Programme which is consistently rated above average in the national staff survey.  The Walton Centre has recently been reaccredited Gold for the Investors in People Wellbeing standard as well as maintaining its Gold accreditation for the People standard.  

Over the past few years, Jane has worked closely with Wellbeing4business Ltd and Trust staff, to develop a programme of initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of employees at the Centre and beyond.
