Miscarriage and still birth are subjects that still rarely get talked about. When a member of staff or your network is experiencing it, the reaction from many around them may not be the most supportive. It's not heartlessness; it's misunderstanding. Without the right perspective you can't hope to show empathy or give the right help. I share my story of two miscarriages and also what I learned from speaking to others about their experiences. The message of this book will help you see the situation from their perspective, give you some dos and don'ts to enable you to be more constructive in your response, and help you to help others handle this better.
