Jo Hudson

Jo Hudson is Group Director of Internal Communications at Bupa, the global healthcare company. She joined Bupa in 2008 as a Press Officer in the external relations team, and in the last 16 years has worked in almost every corporate affairs discipline – across internal comms, corporate and financial comms, media relations, crisis comms, sponsorship and marketing, social media and public affairs. 

Jo is also on the Board of the MS Trust. Having been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2010, she lives a very full and active life, something she puts down to keeping a positive mindset, and her most demanding stakeholders Henry (8) and Mia (7), who keep her very busy!
