Kim McMurdo

Kim is Global Head of Organisational Development at Standard Chartered Bank, with a great team covering all things leadership capability, team effectiveness, employee voice and culture activation. She is passionate about how to develop, enable, measure, and engage current and future leaders at the Bank – so that they deliver on the Bank’s purpose to drive commerce and prosperity through their unique diversity.  

She found her true vocation in the people and culture space in 2018, prior to which she spent 15 years in a variety of audit roles specialising in change management. She has worked across Europe, Asia, and America, and is now UK based.
