Lisa is an experienced people professional, having spent the last 11 years at New Look Retailers in a variety of roles. She previously worked across various NHS organisations, having completed the NHS Graduate HR Management Training Scheme in 2008. Lisa has a specialism in Employee Relations and organisational change, but has held roles spanning the HR portfolio. With a strong track record in delivering change, Lisa is passionate about continuous improvement to enhance employee experience. She holds a degree in Business Studies, a Master's in Human Resources Management, and is a Chartered member of the CIPD.
