Lynn Delaney

Lynn Delaney, FCIPD, is a Level 7 qualified and experienced Coach and Mentor with over 28 years of HR experience. She has strategically partnered with Senior Business Leads in the public sector, providing support, guidance, and advice across all aspects of Strategic HR and L&D including Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.

For the past 7 years, she has also worked as a Lecturer in HR Management at Liverpool John Moores University, teaching undergraduates (aged 18–21); and  then as a Mentor on the Degree Apprenticeship Business Programme at the University.  Additionally, Lynn contributes to the British School of Coaching, as a tutor, developing and delivering Coaching and Mentoring skills to Leaders. Her passion lies in supporting others' development, and she also acts as an Enterprise Advisor at a local secondary school, assisting the Vice Principal in shaping career strategies and initiatives, including the establishment of a peer-to-peer mentoring programme where older students mentor younger students.  Lynn is a CIPD Regional Facilitator for the North of England and has her own consultancy as a Strategic HR and L&D Consultant and Executive Coach and has been a CIPD volunteer for over 20 years.
