Marie-Helene Tyack

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have always been at the heart of Marie-Helene's career.

As an out, queer woman, vulnerability, visibility and acceptance are her constant drivers. Drawing on her own lived experience she passionately champions belonging while ensuring an environment of psychological safety to encourage others to be authentically themselves. 

She leads Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging for Allianz Commercial globally and she is also the Chair of the Allianz Global Pride Board. Her commitment to DEI goes beyond work as outside of work she is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Diva Charitable Trust (the UK’s only national charity for LGBTQ+ women and non binary people), she is also a trustee on the Board of Kaleidoscope Trust (an international LGBTQ+ human rights charity) and a member of the Senior Advisory Board of LINK (LGBTQ+ Insurance Network).

Her engagement in DEI in her work and beyond has been recognised in her being listed in the Pride Power List 2023 and 2024 and the Global Diversity List 2023 – and she was named Inspirational Role Model at the Rainbow Honours 2023 and won Head of Diversity at the Diva Awards in 2024. She has been named on the Elite Women List of Insurance Business UK in 2024 and 2025.
