Matt Armstrong is a Senior Associate in Mercer Marsh Benefits Corporate Health and

Benefits Team and has over 10 years’ experience in Employee Wellbeing and Benefits, having previously worked for Mercer, Nuffield Health and Rugby World Cup. 

Matt’s role within MMB is a strategic role which helps businesses achieve their overall strategy by underpinning a robust and impactful Talent and Benefits Strategy across reward and benefits, while navigating challenge themes such as: ‘The War for Talent’, ‘Cost-of-Living Crisis’, People Risk, ESG and DEI. He helps businesses mitigate their People Risk by evolving their Employee Value Proposition and continually learning from the investment in their people.
