Mel Forbes

Melanie is the Managing Director of APSCo OutSource, a trade association for the recruitment outsourcing sector. Having been involved in staffing and outsourcing for over 30 years Mel set up OutSource a division of APSCo Global to guide, support and develop members of the recruitment outsourcing sector. Before joining APSCo Mel was Group MD of Rullion, MD of Managed Solutions at AMS and CEO of Guidant Global. She has been listed in the SIA Global Power 150 Women in Staffing every year between 2015 and 2023 and has been also listed in the SIA European Staffing Top 100 between 2016 and 2023. A passionate advocate of partnership, collaboration and transparency Mel has developed a successful service ecosystem for APSCo OutSource whilst more recently expanding into the European market.
