Najlaa Nabihah

Najlaa Nabihah Abu Samah is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 9 years of expertise spanning HR Generalist, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Industrial Relations with MNC background. 

She held a regional L&D role in Asia Pacific across nine countries, and was involved in a Diversity & Inclusion program with Microsoft, with an ultimate goal in enabling, empowering and increasing the employability of people with disability (PWD).

Currently, she serves as a People Experience (PX) Administrator at an Australian Telecommunications company, where she manages HR Administration serving Australia, New Zealand and a few other countries, including contract preparation, HR systems, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support.
