Naomi Cosgrove is HR Programme Manager at IRIS Software, responsible for delivering the company’s global wellbeing, inclusion, and benefits strategies. With a strong focus on aligning business objectives with employee experience, Naomi drives initiatives that support an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture.

Naomi has over a decade of experience in HR across the tech, education, and charity sectors. Prior to joining IRIS, she held senior HR roles at the University of Sheffield Students’ Union and EPM, where she led people strategies, managed complex employee relations, and delivered organisational change.

She has a particular passion for data-driven decision-making, employee engagement, and creating spaces where everyone can thrive.
