Natalie’s people centered approach focuses on cultivating an inclusive feedback culture where all voices are heard and valued. She is passionate about promoting awareness and accountability for inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing, which fuels her drive to create a workplace where everyone feels truly welcome and supported. 


Her work has contributed to meaningful achievements, including triple Gold Investors In People, National Rail’s Great Place to Work, Women in Rail’s Top Employer, and the successful launch of 6 Colleague Network Groups.
