Nicholas is a skilled leadership level global HR M&A thought leader, with cross border international experience, currently serving the Middle East & North Africa Region. He leads an experienced team, supporting boards and c-suite leaders across multiple industries, specifically energy, government and private equity considering the people and talent angles throughout deal integration and separations. Additionally he is a board member and fellow of the CIPD, an active speaker of the HR M&A roundtable.
