Nina Carøe

Nina co-founded Valuebeat that was recently acquired by Zensai where she is now the Chief Human Success Officer. Prior to Valuebeat Nina built and lead the P&C and TA efforts at Dixa as it scaled and transitioned from being a local start-up to a global scale-up.  Before Dixa, Nina worked for the software company Unity Technologies. Through her experience Nina has seen first-hand how working strategically with P&C and TA efforts early on is vital for all organizations, especially those wishing to scale. Her passion is future of work and getting HS (the department formerly known as HR) a seat at the table.
