Nina Carøe

Nina co-founded Valuebeat that was recently acquired by Zensai where she is now the Chief Human Success Officer. Prior to Valuebeat, Nina built and lead the P&C and TA efforts at Dixa as it scaled and transitioned from being a local start-up to a global scale-up.  Before Dixa, Nina worked for the software company Unity Technologies. Through her experience, Nina has seen first-hand how working strategically with P&C and TA efforts early on is vital for all organizations, especially those wishing to scale. Her passion is for the future of work and getting Human Success (the department formerly known as HR) a seat at the table.
