Pam Schmid

Pam Schmid is People Director at Charlie Bighams and is responsible for the full employee experience. Pam is on the senior leadership team and runs the People Function; Partnering with the business across talent, development, reward and having fun.

As an experienced HR professional, Pam has many years of experience within food manufacturing, with a keen interest of business that move at pace, driving positive change and helping people to be their best selves. She has worked for a range of highly respected companies, starting her career in Marks and Spencer, then Nestlé, Kerry Foods, graze and most recently at Charlie Bighams.
