Pete leads PwC’s Global Workforce practice, which has 9,500 practitioners in 137 countries advising clients on all elements of People & Workforce to help them create and implement strategies that enable sustainable business, financial and customer outcomes. Pete has over 25 years of global experience of advising clients around a number of workforce disciplines and has led some of the largest and most complex transformation programmes. 

Pete is a recognised global expert on the subject of workforce and workforce strategy, as well as the internal and external forces shaping the size, shape and structure of the workforce. Pete was listed in the top 100 UK Influential People in 2025 and was also named in the top 10 Global Human Capital Consultants in 2023 and 2024.
