Dr Phill Bell

Phill is CEO and company founder at ART Health Solutions and leads the business towards the vision of a world with happier, healthier and higher performing people. His role at ART is wide-ranging, with a focus on supporting and developing synergy between the Commercial, Operations, Technology and Innovation departments.

Phill holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology and previously worked as Principal Scientist at the GSK Human Performance Lab, playing a pivotal role in developing a scientific support programme for elite athletes and sportspeople, including several world and Olympic champions. With a strong academic background, Phill has published several book chapters and over 20 journal articles.
