Pearn Kandola, Founder

Professor Binna Kandola OBE is the Senior Partner and co-founder of Pearn Kandola, a practice of Business Psychologists.


He specialises in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and over the past 40 years has worked with a range of organisations in the UK and across the world, supporting global businesses, governments and public sector organisations. 


An award-winning author, he has written 9 books and edited another, with 3 further books being released this year around the topic of ‘Rethinking DEI: Growth, Inclusion, Safety’. Over the years he has conducted research into a wide range of important topics and in the past year this has included: the experiences of neurodivergent employees, age discrimination and antisemitism and islamophobia in the workplace.


His recent podcast, Religion at Work, features global guests from different faiths and industries and helps organisations to learn how to better support their employees.


He is a visiting professor at Leeds University Business School, and was awarded an OBE in 2008, for his services to diversity and disadvantaged people. A regular contributor to the media and at conferences around the world, Binna is a world authority on workplace inclusion and growth.
