She has served as a leader in various marketing & commercial roles for 15 years and since the last decade, she has focused on the human side, working across many sectors including Food & Drink, Health & Beauty, Schools & Universities, Charities & Technology across the UK, USA, Australia & India.

Rachel’s core objective has always been to inspire organisations to empower and engage their people and amplify the power of teamwork, to support a high performance work culture. At QX, she leads business growth and transformation through the lens of people. She manages various functions including recruitment, succession planning, learning and career development, diversity & belonging, wellbeing, employee engagement, pay and benefits and employee relations.
