Rich Cook

Rich is an award-winning mindset change & applied EI specialist, executive coach and master facilitator. His passion lies in people development based on applied humanistic psychology that delivers sticky change.

His 20 years plus experience as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist spans role in external consultancy (e.g. JCA, Aon Water for Fish), internal consultancy (e.g. Shell) and specialist research (e.g. whilst working for the UK MoD's defence research organisation DERA (now Dstl). I have partnered with organisations in the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East.

He is most proud of the work as a pioneer of revolutionary people development that transforms mindset and delivers sticky performance change. After evolving the work at Mindset Practice with STEM talent still further, Mindset Practice won the 2022 Association of Business Psychology's Excellence in Innovation Award.
