Head of Talent Development, Leadership and Performance, The Very Group

Rob began his Human Resources career at Tesco’s Hertfordshire HQ, before moving to Virgin Media where he led their Leadership Development Academy. Following 2 years as Head of Learning and Development for Samsung’s UK and European subsidiaries, he moved to Very Group in January 2021. He is responsible for all things Talent and Development, including Leadership, the Performance agenda, Early careers and skills-based growth. He has a passion for developing people, enabling enhanced performance and encouraging everyone to find meaning and purpose in their work.
