Robert is an experienced HR leader and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, currently serving as Group Head of People and Culture at Hastings Hotels—Northern Ireland’s leading luxury hotel group. With a background across retail and tech, he brings a fresh and people-focused approach to culture, performance, and leadership. Our people are at the heart of delivering the finest in Irish hospitality, within workplaces defined by understated modern luxury and vibrant, values-led leadership. Robert also serves as Vice-Chair of the CIPD Northern Ireland Branch, helping shape local strategy and support the growth of the profession.
