Roger joined Matrix at the beginning of 2023 assuming responsibility for leading Matrix’ transformational growth strategy. Roger has over 25 years’ experience within the field of human capital management and workforce solutions. 

His experience spans working in prominent leadership roles both for global HR Outsourcing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managed Service Provider firms as well as experienced gained within HR functions of large blue-chip organisations.

Much of Roger’s recent experience has been spent working in an advisory capacity in the workforce technology space together with providing leadership for organisations undergoing services transformation and people change. Highly experienced and passionate leadership in the fields of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), indirect or contingent workforce management (MSP & SOW), multi-process HR Outsourcing and HR shared service delivery models, HR technologies, global Payroll and compliance (including PEO, EOR and AOR solutions), Talent and Performance technologies and services, and the evolution and growth of specialist recruitment services and businesses (including establishing and leading RTD and HTD models).
