Russell Parsons

Russell is Head of Talent & Learning at Kingfisher plc (owner of B&Q and Screwfix in the UK). In this role, he is responsible for the succession of senior leadership teams across all global locations alongside the learning content that drives the development of people in Group and the banners (brands). Russell was previously Head of Talent at B&Q, having joined the business in 2016 as Diversity & Inclusion Partner and latterly moved to Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Resourcing & Attraction. Before joining the Group, he held a number of management roles in retail companies including House of Fraser, Sports Direct and Al-Futtaim Group Retail (in Dubai and the UAE).
