Ryan Anderson is a barrister at Field Court Chambers. He focuses mainly on employment law, though he also practises in civil and housing law.

His employment law clients include businesses and individuals. He advises and acts in claims concerning:

  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal (including redundancy)

  • Whistleblowing
  • Health and safety matters
  • Wages claims
  • Employment/worker status
  • Contractual matters including restrictive covenants
  • Procedural matters such as strike out, amendments, limitation issues, specific disclosure, costs, reconsideration and restricted reporting orders.

Ryan also takes on pro bono employment law cases via Advocate.

Before joining chambers, Ryan spent two years as a specialist Employment Tribunal advocate representing companies. He also marshalled for judges in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal Civil Division.
