Sarah Harris

My name is Sarah Harris and I am the Head of Reward at Marks and Spencer’s. I have specialised in reward for the last 10 years and prior to that, I have done broader HR generalist and commercial roles. I enjoy the challenge of reward and being able to influence and positively change the ‘deal’ colleagues receive. I have a Masters in Positive Psychology and try to bring this perspective to the teams I lead. Outside of work, I live in Oxford and have a toddler who keeps me busy. When I do get free time, I love to relax by walking our dog and horse-riding.
