Shakira is an HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in both private and public sector working for organisations such as Debenhams, Carphone Warehouse, Fenwicks, Southwark Council and the Civil Service for 13 years and the Greater London Authority for 3 years.

With a specialism in Employee Relations and a strong background and track record in HR transformation, Shakira has taken on roles across the HR portfolio operating at Board level.

Shakira has a degree in Human Resources and Psychology, holds fellowship status of the CIPD and is currently studying to be an Executive Coach.
