Shalini Gupta

With over two decades of internal comms experience, Shalini has worked for insurance, banking, telecoms and professional services sector specialising in leadership communications, employee engagement and communicating change. 

Shalini's career highlights include communication roles across India, Middle East and the UK at RSA, GE Capital, Aviva, BT, NatWest group and Arup.

A Fellow at the Institute of Internal Communications, Chartered CIPR practitioner, WeAreTheCity Rising star nominee, Shalini is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge and paying it forward by mentoring grads for a career in communications.
