Sharon Livermore MBE

Sharon Livermore MBE is a domestic abuse survivor, advocate, and the founder of Domestic Abuse Education. Inspired by her personal experience, Sharon recognised that her workplace was her sole safe space during her ordeal. Domestic Abuse Education provides training, education, and consultancy to help organisations to understand domestic abuse, the many forms it takes, warning signs, and how to support employees who are, or may go through, domestic abuse in their lifetime.

Sharon is also the co-creator and driving force behind "Sharon's Policy," a free domestic abuse policy template, accompanied by guidance notes. Her mission is to ensure that all businesses across the UK implement a domestic abuse policy to provide meaningful support to those in need.
