Simon Bastian

Simon is a strategic, outcomes-focused HR Director who has spent two decades translating business needs into practical and commercial HR solutions in the Investment Banking and Rail industries. Currently based in London, he is a trained Executive Coach, qualified Agile coach, and is the Tribe lead for Talent Development at Deutsche Bank. Simon’s areas of focus are leadership development, high potential talent identification and development, skill building initiatives and diversity, equity and inclusion, talent development operations and learning and development technology. Simon has spent time in Sydney, New York, and London, and is driven by a passion for change, with a focus on making people better at their jobs and improving the transparency, execution focus, and customer-centricity of HR through the adoption of Agile methodologies.
