CHAIR: Steve George

Steve manages the CIPD’s Learning Content team, having spent much of his career prior to this as a learning and development consultant working on digital transformation programmes with HR and L&D teams for some of the world’s leading brands and businesses. With a background in cognitive psychology, Steve is passionate about the potential of digital learning to improve practice and increase opportunity for people and for people professionals around the world. He is an Associate of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
