As HiBob's European Director of People, Toby's primary focus is overseeing the HR strategy and agenda for HiBob in the UK, Netherlands and Germany, and the Customer Success team globally. Starting his career at Deloitte, Toby has spent the last 6 years in HR leadership positions across scale-ups and startups and is driven by unlocking the business impact of strong organisational culture and people strategy.
