Now more than ever, wellbeing is high on everybody’s agenda – and attending big events can be a bit of a shock to the system. Being able to take time out to reflect on what you’re learning, or simply to relax, is really important – which is why the Wellbeing Village is here for you!
Sessions are held at regular periods throughout the day to make them easy to fit into your packed schedule. Physical sessions include Massage and Yoga, or you can give your mental health a boost with Breathwork, Mindfulness / Meditation, or even BorrowMyDoggy.

Jenna Robins BSc (Hons), wellbeing coach, has developed this simple 6 minute method for people who have little time but want results to feel and perform better every day and combat stress. The session involves the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong which uses exercises to optimise energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. The synchronisation or movement following a smooth controlled breath with focused mindfulness actually creates physical changes to hormones and brain chemistry and neural networks and brain function. Little and often practice creates powerful changes.

The 10-minute breathing space session hosted by The Healing Hub is a live demonstration that will teach you how to rapidly release stress in less than one minute. This session is for anyone who wants to discover a simple, yet powerful way to reduce stress, release tension and boost your energy.

BorrowMyDoggy for Work is an employee benefit scheme where staff get help looking after their own dog, or spend time with one, either during or outside of working hours, in or out of the workplace. This unique initiative supports staff mental, physical and financial wellbeing.

This 20-minute stretch and mobility session is designed to help release tension in all the areas of the body that can become stiff and tense due to prolonged sitting. Focusing on the shoulders, back and hips, you’ll leave this session feeling relaxed and loosened after carrying out both standing and floor based exercises. This low intensity session is designed for all abilities so grab yourself some water and we will meet you on the mats!
