YOUR 7 STAGES OF FUTURE INNOVATION WERE...
Main stage: Workplace transformation
What does the future of work really look like? We explored topics such as AI, hybrid working and ethics to gain a new understanding of organisational culture and leadership development.
EDI
This stage brought together fairness and collaboration and looked at positive actions and innovation within diversity. From looking into initiatives to challenging best practices, the artists helped welcome workplace growth.
Employee experience
From onboarding to retention, listening to employees has never been more vital to organisational success. We discussed how best practices tie into work satisfaction and how to use data you already own for people analytics.
Internal comms
We explored the role of comms within an organisation. Visitors were able to develop strategies to empower their teams and achieve organisational goals. Visitors had the ability to take away toolkits for employee advocacy and case studies on engagement.
L&D
Visitors dissected the skills agenda to develop future skills and explored how to effectively prioritise tasks and manage increasing workloads.
Responsible business
How do you tackle issues of trust or transparency? This stage addressed themes such as pay equality, mental health, wellbeing and many other important topics for a modern organisation.
Wellbeing
Managing physical and mental health is a complex topic. The artists on this stage provided expertise and frameworks from their own professional career to help you asses existing or develop new frameworks for an ever changing world.
